What is it?
The TFM “Net Card” is a cost-effective system, which brings pre-paid Minor Emergency/Urgent Care visits to the public in a flexible way!

Specifically, your “Net Card” is an actual card that is purchased from Texas Family Medical and Minor Emergency Center. This card is worth 5 full office visits to our clinic, and includes all Services and Supplies we provide.

What is included in the office visits?

IV’s
X-Ray’s
Laceration Repair and with supplies
Splints, Braces or Slings
Nebulizer Breathing Treatments
Shots – such as Anti-Biotic/Steroids
Ear Wax Removal/Wash

Labs performed in the clinic such as:

Urine Dips (Urine)
Strep Test
Pregnancy Test (Urine)
Blood Sugar (Fingerstick)

Basically, if we can perform the service in the clinic, it’s included!

What doesn’t it cover?

The only services that the TFM “Net Card” does not cover are those services or goods we do not provide or stock in the clinic. Services such as Physical Therapy, special order medicines, Immunizations, referrals to specialists or blood/lab work that is sent to an outside lab. This plan is reserved for the general public and is not to be used for worker compensation or worker injuries. As with any visit, we will do what is best for the patient, and sometimes that requires a referral to a specialist or to the ER. In these cases it is the patient’s responsibility to provide coverage for any outside specialist or ER referral.

What does it cost?

The cost of the TFM “Net Card” is $399.00 for 5 all-inclusive visits. The average cost of just one laceration or X-Ray visit can cost well over $300.00. It is easy to see just how effective this card is!

Who can use it?

The original purchaser of the card can allow anyone they choose to use it, as long as they present the card at the time visit. Anyone from family to friends can use your TFM “Net Card”. It really is that easy, and with our expanded Weekday and Saturday hours, we are available when you need us.
